Bylaws are the rules that govern how an organization operates, including how meetings are conducted, officers and board members are elected, decisions are made, and responsibilities are assigned. They essentially provide the framework for how an HOA or association is managed and governed. Note: This copy has not been verified as the Association’s currently adopted bylaws.
Covenants are rules and restrictions tied to the properties within a community, typically covering how land and homes may be used, maintained, or modified. Unlike bylaws, which govern how the association operates, covenants generally govern what property owners can and cannot do with their property.
Amendments are officially recorded changes or additions to the original covenants. They may update restrictions, clarify requirements, change the community’s name, or modify how certain provisions apply.
